Confirmation Small Group Leader
This role is for someone who wants to build real relationships with a group of students—students who know your name, and who you’ll get to know, too!
As a Small Group Leader, you’ll:
Lead one grade in a 15–20 minute small group time each week (either solo or with a partner)
Check in with your students, guide discussion about the lesson, and cheer on their participation.
Participate in large group Confirmation time by answering questions from Kurtis and asking your own.
Support your team during fun events like Clash of the Classes
You don’t need to be a Confirmation expert—just someone who’s willing to show up, be present, and grow with your students.
Not confident in your Confirmation education? That’s okay!
You’ll learn alongside the students. Confirmation is for all!
Confirmation Floater
This role is for someone who wants to be present, but might not be comfortable leading a group weekly—or knows they’ll be gone about 50% of the time. Floaters are flexible helpers who can jump in when needed!
As a Confirmation Floater, you’ll:
Step in at a moment’s notice to help with clean-up, sit with a chatty student, or even take over a group if their small group leader is out.
Participate in large group lessons—ask questions, answer questions, and join the discussion
This is a great role if you want to support students and leaders without a weekly leadership commitment.
Not confident in your Confirmation education? That’s okay!
You’ll learn alongside the students. Confirmation is for all!
High School Youth Group Adult
This role has the least weekly commitment! We ask for 1–2 adults to join our high school students on Sunday evenings from 6:30–8:00 PM.
As a Youth Group Adult, you’ll:
Participate in Bible study, games, and conversations.
Build relationships and keep up with students’ lives.
Offer extra support to those who may need it.
Work as part of a team to ensure at least one adult is present—and two if Kurtis is out of town.
Not confident in your Bible knowledge? That’s okay!
You’ll grow with the students! Youth Group is a place to explore faith—no matter who you are.
