High School Youth Ministry Contact Form - 2024-2025

Our High School program for grades 9-12. Our weekly meeting is on Tuesday evenings during the school year from 7:00-9:00pm. During this time, high school students engage in a time of fellowship, activities, and learning. We welcome Alleluia! youth, friends, and visitors! Students also are given the opportunity to experience retreats, service opportunities, and a summer trip!

There is no formal registration for high school students to get involved. If you would like to be added to the email list reach out to Kurtis Arndt.

Guardian Contact Information:

Information given in this section will primairly be used for communication with parent/guardian figures. One parent/guardian's information is required per student in case of emergency. If the first parent/guardian listed is not contactable in an emergency situation, the second optional parent/gaurdian in this section would be contacted.

However if unable to reach the parent/guardian contacts(s), this non-parent/guardian emergency contact twould be contacted.

This contact should be someone who is NOT a member of your household.
